It would be funny if the whole drama was nothing more than a cleverly arranged PR stunt designed to make what sounds like a piss poor excuse for a movie into a must-see.
Until it got out, then I'm pretty sure it would be massive legal action rather than funny

Well, I haven't tried making one myself so I'd know. I had heard from a friend that making phone apps was quite time consuming. I guess he meant apps with graphics, games type of stuff.
Yeah, it all depends on what you want to make. Basically for this app, you already have all the basics down seeing as the game is already implemented and functioning, but if you had to do all of that from scratch...well you can imagine the kind of work that goes into making a game such as this one

The military dictatorship of the Locos have announced the opening of two new barracks to support the expansion of the armed forces.
The announcement was met with applaud by the (totally free!) mainstream media, while some (soon to be imprisoned) online word terrorists have wondered in length about why the leadership is spending money on increasing the size of the armed forces while the nation is incapable of growing the amount of food required to feed the ever-growing population.
In response to these allegations access to the internet have been restricted to government approved sites. This has sparked an increase in illegal internet connections to try and get around the restrictions.

So what do people think about the whole thing? I mean I for one kinda understand why they decided to pull it, but at the same time I don't really think it's a good precedence to set, to give in to these kinds of people. I mean now they've basically said that if you don't like some movie they're making you can just do this and they'll cancel it. I realize that the number of people with the resources to do something like this is rather limited, but still, I don't like it...
Also I kinda wanna see this movie now

First, creating such an app yourself is very time consuming.
Honestly once they've created the APIs that Dolphman mentions, making an app won't be that difficult. It's not like the game would require a bunch of flashy animations or anything, most would simply be using the API and creating the appropriate interface for it.
Also very appropriately I'm getting an add for android app development courses

He should be handle easily by one person. No need to make a big commotion about it.
But isn't that half the fun? Making a big commotion out of things? I mean we could all just sit around and look at nothing happening, but I think this way is much more fun
