This is a bank, in VM. Which is against the rules.
That said, the fact that the resources have been hid in VM after being triple slotted and blockaded raises a new wrinkle: The bank isn't being protected. After further consideration, and review of my previous decision (see relevant topic here for reference), I believe I made a mistake in this case. I didn't realize the volume of money and resources being taken into Vacation Mode.
