The Second Halifax Explosion   My Condolences to the many family's ruined and otherwise eradicated. With just 12 people per square mile, Halifax is left in shambles once again. This is not the first time an explosion of this magnitude has destroyed the city. The last time was in 1917 December the 6th, almost exactly 98 years ago.     The City is once again glassed from existence, but with the experience in our belt, the Nova Scotians will live on and we will unite to rebuild as best
