I was talking to old man wampus yesterday, and he told me something i did not know,  I always assumed you can hit the 10 nations above and below your nation.  Based on what he told me and what was confirmed by one of my guys, its only the 10 nations above you, not below you. So my suggestion is two fold.  First I would recommend that we make it above and below, I also believe we should increase that number to be higher than 10.  The game has grown significantly over the last few years, and
