His replacement, Kayser who vowed to Roquentin to wipe out all enemies of Communism took command and the attack was inspired even if not wholly effective. If Thalmor was to fall then a distraction would be eliminated for the New Radiant Order and so surrounding powers all mobilised at this grand chance to cut down
