Having reviewed the demographics of the treaty web, we have found an acute deficit of treaties around the Syndicate region therefore TKP and tS have made the following agreement. Article II - Non-Aggression TKP has been a valued business unit of tS and has demonstrated its readiness to enter a joint venture at this juncture. The parties agree not to commit acts of corporate espionage, takeovers or other acts of aggression against each other. This includes not participating in plans or publicly making statements against one another in any media. Article III - Intelligence Sharing The parties agree to share information and competitive intelligence with one another. In particular, each party is obliged to inform the other of information or intelligence and any aspect of the corporate environment that directly relates to the safety and security or strategic decisions of the other as soon as possible. Article IV - Mutual Defense The parties agree that they are obligated to assist one another if either is the subject of an attack. However, this clause shall become optional if the attack is the result of the other party activating or acting pursuant to another treaty. Article V - Optional Aggression The parties agree that the other may assist in aggressive actions taken by one party but there is no obligation to so assist. Article VI - Cancellation Either party may cancel this treaty by giving the other party notice in writing. The cancellation shall be effective 72 hours after that notice. You guys are now MD status with Mensa, TKR, Alpha, BK, InGen, TKP, Guardian, SK, and the Coalition. Not to even mention your protectorates. I mean yeah we are all paper tigers but treatying up half of orbis is going to kill it. However defensively speaking, you guys are pretty much as untouchable as you can get.
