I mean that would have been more than 4 months back at the minimum. Moving on, already blue and stayed blue even when it's stock was 0%. Not all that bothered myself (blue is the Wei colour so I'm not going to change it) though naturally I did try to improve it for my members which is why so many people are on blue now ultimately, the colour I'd often heard called a "crap colour". Anyway I've made a suggestion to fix the problem all the way back to when Green/Yellow were where everyone was congregating and it went ignored as far as I know due to being "working as intended" so I'd not see much hope in it being changed unless perhaps every major alliance switched to blue in protest. I still think we should remove the bonus and keeps colors because having a color is coolio unless people start suggesting color bonuses in which case remove it and burn it with fire.
