ANNOUNCES NEW EMPLOYMENT POLICIES AND PROMOTIONS NASSAU, Bahamas, November 21, 2015 – SYNDICATE, Inc. (NYSE:SCC), on its one year anniversary, has announced several changes on its Board of Directors, in conjunction with several new leadership programs. The first program, the Global Diversity Program, strives to eliminate any bias in the board member selection process, and make the "glass ceiling" a thing of the past. The second program, the Global Mobility Program, gives priority to candidates originating outside of the Syndicate's traditional base in North America to better reflect our increasingly global focus. Pursuant to these new initiatives, The Syndicate Corporation has changed 3 of 4 Directors on the Board. Boony, the Director of Acquisitions, has stepped down to return to front-line work with Syndicate Security Forces in the Sinai Region. The Board and Chairman have selected Zed to succeed him in this position. Hailing from the South Island of New Zealand, we anticipate that Zed will bring a unique perspective to our traditionally Atlantic-focused business. Manthrax, the Director of Accounting, had expressed a desire for several months to return home to his native Poland. After an exhaustive search, the Board was able to identify an acceptable replacement, and grant his wishes. His successor, Jessica Rabbit, has been by any measure a remarkable success story. After toiling in relative obscurity in the small East African division, she was given a chance to overhaul the East African business, increased that division's profitability by 300%, and hasn't stopped since. Her promotion pulls her directly from Chief of African Operations, an entirely merit-based selection who happens to fulfill both the Global Mobility and Global Diversity Programs. Manthrax, of course, will not retire entirely. He will, instead, be re-assigned as an Executive Vice President for Eastern Europe and Russia, reporting directly to the Board. Partisan, the Director of Marketing, has been selected for a special position lobbying the US Government directly on behalf of the Arms Dealers' Association of America (Disclosure: this organization draws over half of its funding from SYNDICATE, Inc). While Partisan will remain with the Syndicate as Executive Vice President of Global Lobbying, the Board has selected Tim Armstrong to succeed him as Director. Armstrong is a newcomer to the Syndicate, and rose fairly quickly through the lobbying ranks after drawing heavily on her experience lobbying on behalf of Guardian and other Orbisian corporations. A holistic evaluation of her skills made it clear she was best for the post, fulfilling the aims laid out by the Global Diversity Initiative. Chairman Gekko had the following commentary about the new selections: "I'm incredibly proud to say that Syndicate, Inc once again stands at the forefront of the world with the composition of our leadership team. Half of our Board is female members, and the entire Board aside from myself originate from outside the US. I am happy to say that the glass ceiling is shattered, and look forward to seeing this new leadership team bring us to ever greater heights!" Each retiring Director has been appointed a handsome severance package, commensurate with their contributions and length of service. Partisan will draw a package valued at approximately $20 million, in a combination of stocks, cash, and the most luxurious estate available in Detroit, SYNDICATE's US Headquarters city (valued at approximately $6,500). Manthrax will be receiving a package valued at $17 million, with a 70/30 stock/cash split, as well as a large townhouse in Warsaw (valued at $700,000). Boony will be receiving a $10 million package, paid entirely as a cash bonus. The new SYNDICATE Board of Directors is as follows:Roy Mustang, Tim Armstrong, Jessica Rabbit, Zed Media and new investors may utilize either Roy Mustang or Tim Armstrong as their point of contact from this point forward.
