What annoys me more is it puts them in for you when you actually post the announcement. Every time I do one I have to make sure to copy the text, post the announcement, go into edit announcement, and then paste the text. Not a big deal but still. If I put in say: Rose Viridian Entente United Purple Nations The Syndicate Mensa HQ Green Protection Agency Brotherhood of the Clouds Alpha Seven Kingdoms Black Knights It comes out as: Rose Viridian Entente United Purple Nations The Syndicate Mensa HQ Green Protection Agency Brotherhood of the Clouds Alpha Seven Kingdoms Black Knights Then going into edit will show the above with the </br>s. Before posting the announcement Viewing the announcement, you can see that it added a break after "bug." Then I clicked "Edit" where you can now see the <br /> tag Then re-published and you can now see not only did it add the <br /> as text but it also added a \ before the apostrophe. Before editing: When I click edit: I did duplicate the apostrophe bug, and that's fixed now (or will be in the next patch). Still cant duplicate the line break/<br /> thing though.
