You know I've been trying to convince VE to use some of their open offense slots to facilitate us... maybe you can help me convince them And yes, this is what FA failing looks like: The Syndicate - Protectorate Cornerstone - MDoAP Goes in via oA so it can basically hurt it's MDoAP partner. tC and CS signed a treaty knowing very well we could be landing on opposite sides of this conflict, and went forward with it anyway because it wasn't a treaty signed for short term political convenience. What we see here is TC declaring on an ally's ally supposedly to defend TS from VE. But what's funny is that VE didn't even attack TS. If they were really serious on helping their protector, they should have attacked Rose who were the actual agressors. The same way you forgot to declare on Mensa over their hit on Vanguard, and instead declared on TS, a direct ally of your ally? Let's face it. This war has been driven by 'strategy' since the first shot was fired. You at this point have an equal hand in this, and therefore no reason whatsoever to cast accusations at TC. When you pre-empted us, The Syndicate decided that it was not going to cater to your agenda by sending its allies to counter you, for it would have led to strategic ties being activated in order to burn them. Let's add to that, that given the circumstances on the tS-Rose front, the best way for our allies to help us is to ensure that VE does not have the breathing room to attack us as they did Guardian. Your own strategy has led to this situation and these complications, at least with regards to Syndicate and Syndicate allies. If it is a situation you are uncomfortable with, then perhaps you should have considered the possibility of this chain of events before you made the strategic decision to pre-empt us. It appears that Cornerstone has no problem with this situation. It appears that The Coalition and Cornerstone have extensively discussed the possibility of a situation like this one occurring *PRIOR* to their treaty signing, and Cornerstone has been more than gracious in their reactions to this thread, from what I can see. Why is it then, that you lads are attempting to kick up shit where there isn't any? Focus on your wars.
