In my infinite majesty I, Emperor Wushu of the Roz Wei Celestial Empire, have come before you to state our divine rulership. Being such a legendary and admired figure, I am sure people the world over already know my exploits, however if you are ignorant and wish to learn of them... or know but wish to further enrapture yourself in my greatness then please do read the Legend of Rozalia. We live in times of chaos where lands that rightfully belong to I, the Son of Heaven, are plundered by bandits, rebels, and barbarians. As such Roz Wei has given tribute to the tribe of Arrgh to help us fight such menaces. Ogaden, leader of Arrgh, for this service is granted the title "King of Arrgh". We have an extensive code in Roz Wei that is 12 volumes long, however knowing the... simplicity, of those outside our borders we have given an explanation of each so everyone may grasp their purpose. Code of the Celestial Empire Vol 1: Term and Examples (Mingli) - You will refer to the the Roz Wei Celestial Empire by it's full name, or alternatively may also refer to it as simply Roz Wei or the Celestial Empire.Vol 2: Security and Forbiddance (Weijin) - You will not enter places listed as off limits.Vol 3: Office and Hierarchy (Zhizhi) - All officials shall be appointed by the Son of Heaven. If an official is ever deemed inappropriate in his position you may petition the Emperor for removal.Vol 4: Domestic Matters and Marriage (Huhun) - Taxes will be paid and land made use of.Vol 5: Stables and Storage (Jiuku) - Make sure to always have ample stores and fine steeds to make war.Vol 6: Impeachment and Promotion (Shanxing) - Subjects will when commanded by the Son of Heaven raise the peasantry to fight the barbarian tribes.Vol 7: Thievery and Robbery (Zeidao) - If you are found to be guilty of robbery deemed inappropriate you shall deliver reparations. Vol 8: Contest and Litigation (Dousong) - If you enter contests and lose you will honour any penalties. Vol 9: Deceit and Falsehood (Zhawei) - You shall not counterfeit money.Vol 10: Miscellaneous Regulation (Zalu) - Special offices may be given their own regulations separate from these.Vol 11: Arrest and Escape (Buwang) - Those who commit crimes against the Celestial Empire will be punished. Vol 12: Judgment and Imprisonment (Duanyu) - Do no evilness because it is a small one; do not leave a small deed undone because it is just a petty one. Beyond that the Son of Heaven will have the final choice on this matter like all others. If you believe yourself worthy of the honour of serving I, he who rules all under heaven, then you need to only travel to the Imperial Court in my Celestial Palace and pledge your allegiance. If you wish to dialogue with Roz Wei for your people then come to my Celestial Palace, and I in my infinite benevolence, shall grant you a stay in my opulent Guest House... but be warned. It is said that at a young age when a hippo was delivered to the court none knew how to go about weighing it. Rozalia, a child prodigy, used the principle of buoyancy to weigh it. This was yet another event that showed how great Rozalia would become. Well this kinda seals the deal on Vanguard. I think we all saw this coming when Vanguard joined a bloc with Rose, I mean it's not like Rozalia's feelings on the matter are a secret haha Oh man. I always wondered why you stayed in Vanguard. Good luck! The original MDoAP between Vanguard and Rose came as a shock and it caused problems for me ever since. With the bloc business it became clear these disagreements internally were only going to get worse so I left before they could happen. No ill will towards Vanguard or anything, time wasn't perfect by any means but it wasn't terrible and I fully understand the moves they've made. Rose is a powerful alliance with good members (some of which let themselves down at times), and when you add other alliances like VE into the cake mix it becomes quite something.
