James II Posted August 13, 2015 Share Posted August 13, 2015 (edited) AAA Alpha-Asgard-Accords Section I: INTELLIGENCE 1: Both signatories agree to share any information they have in regards to the other’s security.2:Both signatories agree not to share information about the other with non-mutual treaty partners, unless there is a conflicting intelligence clause. Section II: NON-AGGRESSION 1: Both signatories agree not to attack, or commit any actions of espionage on the other party. 2: Should an attack happen between either party nations, both signatories agree they will work toward ending the violation privately and in a timely manner. 3: The Parties agree to mutual public respect and will abide to resolving any differences in private. Section III: OPTIONAL DEFENSE 1: Any raid upon a member of either signatory is considered an act of aggression to both signatories. 2: Both signatories will work to resolve a raid against the other. 3: If the raiding party refuses to pay reparations when damages exceed 2 million, at the request of the raided signatory, it is mandatory that all available aid, be it military, financial, or diplomatic, will be made available should it be requested.4: Each signatory also has the option of providing military, financial or diplomatic support in the event the other is attacked. 5: Each signatory also has the option of providing military, financial, or diplomatic support upon request of the other. 6: This treaty is exclusively between Alpha and Asgard and as such will not automatically activate or be activated by any other treaties either signatory may have. That used to be the norm back in the day, so I think anyone that wonders about optional treaties is just showing how many months/years they've been around worlds like these. Besides all that, I treat oDoAPs pretty much like and MDP. But I like that there is something to keep working at, to keep growing the relationship to an MD-level friendship. Glad we got this done!
