Caillou Posted August 10, 2015 Share Posted August 10, 2015 A Rose at Sea Section 1: brainpower - both signees are to pass on any information deemed of relevance to one another Section 2: pax - the signees are to forbid any quarrels they have during the time that the treaty is active, whether it be through espionage or battles - if above is ignored, each party shall resolve it internally Section 3: assistance - if either party is declared on by an outside source, the other party is to aid them - it shall be known that the party that aids in the war is to ask for any help needed, whether it be militarily, financially, or diplomatically - either signee may also decide if they would like to help their ally out in the event that they were the aggressor in a war - if one of the signees requests backup from the other in an aggressor situation, the other signee may chose to help by their own liking - this treaty is between Rose and DEIC alone; each signee does not need to sign with any of the other party's other allies, although they are not forbidden to do so if they wish Section 4: alteration - if either party wishes to alter the treaty, a unanimous vote will allow the changes to be made Section 5: excommunication - If either signee wishes to cancel this treaty at any time, they must give the other party a 72 hour notice to withdraw. once the treaty is over, there will be no need to follow any of the treaty obligations Section 6: 30 Day Trial the conditions of this agreement only extend to a 30 day use, if the two parties should agree that the friendship is mutually beneficial, they may extend the treaty to any period of time once 21 days of the treaty has occurred.
