Of newly diagnosed HIV infections in the United States during the year 2003, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) estimated that about 63% were among men who were infected through sexual contact with other men. Thank you for acknowledging facts but the death penalty is still the way to go in my opinion, not against gay people in general, but people who are proven before a court to have committed the act of homosexuality.
