Alliance Bank Looting Has Been Re-Enabled I've found the cause of the issue, and fixed it. There should be no problems with alliance banks resetting in the future. 2. Defeating a Nation Looting When you defeat a nation, you get to loot some extra money and resources. I've changed how this works a little bit. Previously, you looted the following from a nation when you defeated it: 15% of Iron or Bauxite 5% of Coal or Oil 20% of Food 12% of Cash I've changed this so that instead of looting basic raw resources dependent on what continent your opponent is on, you instead target manufactured resources. I also decreased the cash loot by 2%. Here's the new take: 5% of Aluminum 5% of Steel 5% of Gasoline 5% of Munitions 20% of Food 10% of Cash It just makes a little bit more sense, and will make this part of the game actually a bit more useful. If your opponent is sitting on some valuable resources, you now can take up to 5% of what he's got on hand when you win the war. 3. P&Wpedia This is something I'm working on - It's going to be an informational resource available. I will be creating articles on a variety of topics that you can use as a reference for current, up to date information about the game. It should be a valuable tool for new players and old players alike. There's a link to it in the sidebar, I've replaced the old "Subreddit" link with P&Wpedia (since that subreddit is completely barren and unused). Not a lot in P&Wpedia yet - but eventually, there will be. Just thought I'd make everyone aware it exists. That's it, a pretty quick update. Thanks everyone! 7 Is there a bug? Would also make spying more important if you could make it so you could choose what you steal? So you'd spy them before winning to know what stockpiles to hit? I like it, seems for once out of the last 3 updates at least this one is pretty cool. Please don't allow entire stockpile looting Sheepy, that would clearly turn p&w into runescape or your average android game cash in. Not to mention the mass flock of people that'd rage quit from having entire stockpiles wiped out and thus their ability to properly conduct warfare. But if you get beiged, you'll lose 1,000 of it. If the bank looting formula hasn't changed, then it should be looting all resources by the same percentage You are correct. You still can loot additional manufactured resources, as well as raw resources, in the alliance bank loot. Is there a bug? Report It | Not understanding game mechanics? Aggressors already have a huge advantage in this game, which is good as it keeps the politics dynamic (people don't have as much of an incentive to wait for someone else to strike first), keeping alliance banks safe provides a counter-balance to this, which while not sufficient to overcome the advantage that aggressors have (and thus not sufficient to make politics stagnant) is enough to at least give defenders a fighting chance. Check out my blog! Like its sister in (That terrible game that is totally irrelevant and I shouldn't be bringing it up anyways), I will strive to make it a haven for reasonable discussion and interesting takes on various issues. I wasn't talking about raiders, I was talking about the thing that actually drives the game: inter-alliance warfare. Raiders have a comparably minuscule effect on how dynamic the game is. Games become stagnant politically for two main reasons: lack of incentive to strike first (thus creating longer and longer periods of peace) and difficulty rebuilding (the harder it is too rebuild the longer periods of peace will be). This game already takes care of the first one, but it hasn't yet solved for the second. Check out my blog! Arnor lost $10,000.00, 609.00 food, 0.00 iron, 0.00 bauxite, 0.00 coal, and 0.00 oil. Arnor was changed to the beige color. Shouldn't that be steel, aluminum and munitions?
