Wow...look at that Allies POW alliance... so protected - by like 400 of the strongest nations in the game. Can I join?

 

btw good idea - seems good for people in the losing side (axis) who never wanted this

 

I think certain people should be excluded from this deal.

 

Perhaps reps should be payed as well:

 

Guardian must pay 1 million dollars, 100 steel, 1000 food and 100 aluminium. (example. it's not the real thing.)

 

Guardian has 100 members (let's say)

 

Each member of Guardian surrendering will pay $10,000, 1 steel, 10 food, 1 aluminum and Guardian's required reps will go down to

 

999,000 dollars, 99 steel, 990 food, 99 aluminum.

 

Otherwise this is a free way out - some alliances could just leave entirely and rebuild once the deal ends.
