I will make flags, propaganda images, and other images, for the low cost. It is very low risk, and if you are not satisfied, I will make up to four more until you are satisfied with no extra charge. I can also create images that have no relation to the game. The costs goes as follows: Flags: $1,000 Propaganda: $1,000 Other (please specify): Depends on item chosen Please note that I will not install flags for you, I will only design the images. BTW my photoshop was on my old computer, which got destroyed, and unfortunately I can't get photoshop onto my new computer... so yeah.
