Details: GOVERNMENT: Alpha Supreme Minister: There is only one Alpha Supreme Minister, and the Alpha Supreme Minister is the highest rank in the alliance. One can only become Alpha Supreme Minister if the current one resigns and assigns another. The Alpha Supreme Minister's word must be followed by the alliance. Supreme Minister: There can be up to six Supreme Ministers, assigned the following positions: S.M. Defense - In charge of the defense of the alliance; has ability to tell other members what to do when counter-attacking S.M. Internal Affairs - Makes sure members of NOPETA don't break treaties; If member of NOPETA breaks treaty, S.M. Internal Affairs will contact other alliances and make sure everything stays peaceful S.M. External (foreign) Affairs - Creates/Dissolves/Modifies treaties with other alliances; makes sure treaties aren't broken in other alliances S.M. Finance - Makes sure salaries are paid; makes sure nobody is abusing the bank S.M. Intelligence - Gathers intelligence about hostile nations and hostile alliances The first Supreme Ministry shall be chosen by the A.S.M. of the alliance. Once a full assembly of S.M.s are gathered, voting shall come in effect. Each month, leaders shall nominate themselves as candidates, and each nation should vote which leader should be in which position. There must be 6-12 candidates. Supreme Ministers must be active, and get paid $7,500 per week. Localized Minister: Localized Ministers are the lowest rank in the alliance. Localized Ministers who are active receive $1,000 per week. L.M. can be candidates for Supreme Ministers, and also get to vote.
