No Man Posted May 13, 2015 Share Posted May 13, 2015 (edited) I created a new city yesterday and it instantly had 100% disease, killing almost all of the people. https://politicsandwar.com/city/id=29322 This doesn't appear to be correct, as the pollution is very low (2 points ) and the population density is .5 people per square mile. A rough rule of thumb is that your land figure should be at least as high as your infrastructure. That will reduce your population density and therefore your disease rate.
