It really depends, If their is absolutely no point (I.E They have a monstrously stronger army) its better to just let them win ASAP. If they are somehow weaker, we can just take them on. I do have plans to acquire missiles in the near future though. EDIT: More stuff Occasionally some nasty raiding alliance like Justice Department will prop up that for whatever reason our traditional methods dont work, and we do have occasional disasters and setbacks Most of the time however Orbis's raiding alliances are scared of the mere mention of arrgh in our members descriptions. Arrgh and justice are the only two alliances you could call raiding alliances (at your size at least). The other ones have set rules on raiding and therefor being protected usually prevents a raid. Mensa maybe, don't know though. Be very peaceful on the outside, while building up millions of missiles/nukes to enforce your peaceful nature. I think that would fit the theme no? That's just from the reputation we developed from a few butthurt nations out there. All Mensa stated is that we're not "neutral".
