The ingame officers things is just for alliance mechanics like the bank, all Ministers have equal rank in our power structure. As Nick is our Foreign Affairs minister he makes most of our announcements. I'll occasionally post announcements I'm asked to write and I'm touched you assume I have so much authority and importance in DEIC.
