The Admiralty Board is ordering a decontamination throughout the nation. Mandatory flu shots are sweeping the nation. The goal is to create a Virtual Intelligence to help create a system that can diagnose a problem and dispatch maintenance. Foreign Affairs: The fall of the Russian Federation is a mystery all on its own. With that in mind the Quarians Special Ops units from the most trained soldiers in the armed forces are en-route to the Nation to investigate the complete disappearance of the Russian population.
