Abaddon's Leadership is seen "Unwise", Lemont agrees to teach Abaddon the necessary "Leadership Skills" that is believed he lacks heavily, and it will affect his reign in long runs. 

Ever since I joined PnW, I have had abundance fist fights with SIN and Abaddon alone, upon the first fights, I have caught up on Abaddon's so called "Leadership" it was seen more as he is not doing what his role says, rather letting "others" do his "work" Is it Laziness' or Leadership Deficiency it was uncertain. Later on the news I have caught up on it and realized he lacks Leadership Skills. 

Lack of Leadership can bring a number of uncertainties, one of which is lack of respect. "He struggles to show respect a lot". Respect is a crucial role you should have when in a Political Game, and as a Leader especially, lack of respect will lead to crucial problems. 

It has come to my conclusion to help Abaddon learn these Crucial Leadership Skill for his own safety, The fist fights is one of it, respect is earned by battles worthy of respect. 

Below you will see the crucialness' of "Lack of Leadership Skills".

Gentlemen I think we can all agree Abaddon lacks "Crucial Leadership Skills" and thus I need to teach him those Leadership skills in advance, It will only save him from future ashamedness. 

It is highly recommended that only Abaddon, or Singularity High-Ups to talk in Abaddon's defense from this Statement above, other's are allowed to comment, but not in defense of Abaddon's behalf.
