Your lower guys pull harder if they are rewarded. We've had alot more money invested into our 2nd, 3rd and 4th city programs than the bigger guys. The MP's have been the only thing program that has taken a significant chunk of the money, and it was done in the best interests of the alliance. First of all there is no need for any alliance to explain how they utilised the funds in their alliance banks. Much more why should any alliance need to explain how they utilise their funds to their enemy or anyone outside of that alliance? Try telling that to Diabolos Funny to see how 13 of his missiles launched, 3 of them have hit me. I expect another one or 2 before the war with him is through. Clearly he has had it in for me for a while, of course though I'm a traitor now, so I had this coming.
