Please feel free to leave a review in the comments and a rating up above about our business and customer service!Due to the popularity of the Listrata stock market, I am opening a general stock market!!!HOW BUY PRICES WORK:the buy price of a stock is equal to 1/3 of that players daily net revenue.If you have a share you get paid 1% of the countries total daily revenue at the beginning of each week (monday)THIIS IS NOT 1% OF ALL THEIR EARNINGSSELL PRICE:The sell price is equal to 1/4 of the buy price (which is equal to your revenue per turn) on the day you sell it, this will be paid in full within 5 days.WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EXTEND THIS PERIOD WHEN A LARGE QUANTITY IS BEING SOLD AT THE SAME TIME.RIGHTS OF THE BUYER:As Stock holder you reserve the right to request a screenshot of the sellers net revenue at ANY TIME.you may also sell the stock you have obtained to other players however you MUST INFORM ME VIA APPLICATION of the transaction. no player may exceed the cap in this way. The buy price counts as 80% of the buy price for that day, If i see this function being Abused (e.g. people trading back and forth to raise there buy price) i will shut it down.LIMIT OF 20 SHARES PER PERSON PER COUNTRYwhy have a cap?As a seller it is better for to have multiple investors rather than just onealso it prevent monopolies on the stock marketADVANTAGES OF THIS SYSTEM:Advantages of this system for the buyer:-you have the potential for massive profit-relatively safe investment-as stock price adjusts (and raises probably) you will have the opportunity to sell stock for a profit if you so desireadvantages for the seller:-buyers are invested in the country and so you will have friends in high places to protect you (strong economic, political, and military ties.-short term profit to build more -makes it so you can develop MUCH, MUCH FASTER!!!!-a little bit of extra money now could let you end up producing much more money later!WHAT HAPPENS IF THEY DEFAULT?If the country you are buying stocks from refuses to pay stockholders are entitled to attack that persons nation until they not only make up the cost of the stock, but also of all of their raids, and any attacks the seller may have done on the buyer. Sellers who wont pay will also be put on the blacklist to warn all other countries against them. they may also hire people to do the dirty work for them. If someone does not pay for 2 weeks in a row they will be moved to the redlist. All players are encouraged to raid and demolish red list cities until they have learned their lesson, apologized, and posted a plan to come up with the money they owe here.ANY COUNTRIES LISTED HERE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PURCHASE STOCKS BACK FOR EITHER THE ORIGINAL BUY PRICE, OR 1/2 THEIR NET DAILY REVENUE, WHICHEVER IS HIGHER.WANNA SELL STOCK?obviously upkeeping this forum will be a lot of work, so posting as a seller costs 20k or 5 stock: your choice (buy price for stock counts as 4k) and a filled out application. All that you need to do once you've signed up to sell is post screenshots. One a day is preferable but if you miss a day here and there its ok AS LONG AS YOU ALWAYS POST ON SUNDAY/MONDAY MORNING. I will send you any money you earn, and will pm you telling you how much money you owe. ABOUT ALLIANCES AND STOCK: stock prices and whatnots are calculated after alliance tax, if you are an alliance leader and are found guilty of manipulating stock prices, you will forfeit all of your stock (not just in that country) Immediatly. Seller could very well just wait one hour to get much bigger ammount of money. Buy price is 75% of daily revenue. Selling after 2 days would only recoup 2.66% of that investment.
