Got banned for phishing accusation, its not real and i got banned for no reason

Hey mod team, today I got this message:

Politics & War: You have been Banned For the The Reason of: fishy scam link Issued by: Kitseva Violet

the reason they banned me is because they thought I was phishing using this link https://forms.gle/adjCh57FZGWvQvQx8 

Its a form I made for a school project and I sent it on every platform I have, including discord and every server I was in, including the pnw server. So I got unjustly banned and I would appreciate it if you could unban me. My discord username is chjaifia#3785 and my pnw nation name is Wjxt.

I will confirm that the link is not a phishing link. It is a legitimate Google Forms link.

 

Though I will say that the moderation team was likely just taking precautions and I'm not sure it was appropriate to send such a form without asking for mod permission first. Best of luck!
