OWR will become a vassal of TKR 2. OWR’s peacetime MMR will be restricted to 0001 unless otherwise approved by TKR 3. OWR will transfer its entire bank to TKR as reps, indefinitely 4. OWR agrees to a 120 month NAP with TKR 5. There is no spoon 6.
