While it would not be a big issue to rename it, I am wondering (as a non-native english speaker) about the following: 1. How can the name of a baby accessory be offensive in the first place? 2. Why is it not a problem that the two communities in the United States, Sugartit, Kentucky and Sugar Tit, South Carolina have/had this names but it is an issue in an online game? 3. And why was this name fine for the last 6.5 years (2342 days) and now it is a problem all of a sudden?
