Does this mean that my opponent has everything maxed too?  how many people am i fighting? are they also maxed? how many people am i fighting with? what do their military levels look like?  To your guy's credit, you did a nice job improving Ground attacks to the point where when choosing which attack to use Air or Ground, i find the answer is which ever one you have the bigger advantage in.  And if i am hitting multiple people with a team, we will hit one guys ground, and another guys air.
