Hey everyone,

Just thought I'd formally introduce myself. I'm James J. Brown, head Econ for SoL.

I've been in the game for almost 2 years now, just never bothered to come on the forums as they seemed pointless at the time.

I'm just a passionate guy who enjoys discussing politics and engaging in war when necessary.

I'm currently studying engineering; and I really enjoy discussing math and science-related things.

Anyway, just thought I'd put that out there. I look forward to making many witty remarks on the forums in the future.

I should go now; I have dozens of inactive C5 nations to message and I need to work out the $20 million SoL budget for next month.

Nice to meet you, James, and welcome to the forums. I've been playing for about a year and a half now, so you have a little seniority on me lol. I hope you find the forums interesting, to say the least.

(Btw, I'm a mathematics and computer science major, so I'm sure we could talk quite a bit about those area(s) of study)

Welcome to the Forum, James. Nice to meet you. You are senior to me in one way and I am senior to you in another. In game I am just 4 months old, so junior there. Here in forums, I just started day before yesterday i.e. one or two days senior to you.

Chill pal...all the best for your engineering. Meet you somewhere in the game as well.

Thanks for the welcome.

Neat! I took a singular comp sci course last term and really liked it. I wish I had time to learn a bit more about it; it is very interesting and applicable in this day and age.

Also I'm currently taking vector calculus, which has many uses in engineering; it's really very enlightening to learn how to apply mathematical equations to real life situations.

Oof, vector calculus. I took that last semester. It was interesting, but it has some difficulties haha.
