Can't Produce Any Food

I have three cities and six farms now. I have purposely expanded my land to far larger than it needs to be so that farms grow more. Despite this, my farms are producing a total of 0.00 tons of food. Is this because of nuclear winter?

Yep! Currently all food production is -100% due to radiation from the global, so food produces zero food.

I would also suggest at your size not growing food and joining aa so they will help you

At your level, it is cheaper to buy food on the market (which Alex so kindly linked) and using the improvements for raw resource production instead that you can then sell on the market. For reference, 1 ton of a raw resource is generally worth about 20+ tons of food.
