If HW wants to win the war, it will have to rely on a slow downwards push and the bet that going ground attacks can beat plane attacks faster. On the reverse side, BW will have to bet that plane attacks can beat ground attacks faster. Outside of that, HW has made good process except in the C6-10 range (presumably from DP and various other mass aas in that range). Still early going but possible good signs for HW? The upper tiers are more or less won for HW. I'm not a betting man, but with BW's dogfight advantage slipping away, this seems trending towards a HW win.
