Someone destroyed 2 Improvements from war and it is supposed to drop your production numbers until you make repairs. also read - nuclear power plants could over-react and destroy the city. If so, that always sucks. Getting bad advice can sometimes make or break this game, but luckily this isn't exactly one of those cases. Best of luck as you continue to grow your nation, though. Alex previously had intentions for nuclear power plants to have the possibility of basically exploding and causing damage to a city that was included in their description. He talks about it in this first ever video on PnW: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bpq00AoQ6J4 However, it would seem this idea was scrapped and the nuclear power plant no longer has that in its description.
