Instead of going to your cities and clicking loads of times to bulk import city builds there should be a button at the top of the cities page (see screenshot). For being such a useful feature, I'm surprised there isn't a dedicated button for the Bulk Import page. It's poor design to have it buried i every city's "import" page. Everything in that top bar was added after the bulk import feauture was a thing. Nobody just ever thought it should be there because we were used to having it diffrently. If people don't suggest it, it's hard to see "mistakes" in design after you've used it for ages.
