Broken nation page

I have just happened across a nation that when I click on the "Show More/Less" under the cities block, nothing happens (as in it doesn't expand). The graphs underneath it are also blank. I have tested on multiple browsers, as well as mobile and it doesn't work for me anywhere. I have asked two other people to check it, one that had the same issue and one for which it was working.

I believe it's a legacy issue with how images were embedded in the text editor from a while back, somehow causing javascript on the rest of the page to not work correctly. What would fix the issue is if those players updated their nation descriptions and re-embedded the image(s) they're using.

At which point does it fair game to "Warn" these people to edit their nation description or lose it in let's say one month after getting a warning in dm?
