Recommended Posts

  1.  Add Submarines. Very much like naval ships mixed with tanks.
  2.  EMP Missile. Like a missile but more expensive and instead of using launch missile as it's action to use it is used when you take the action EMP Launch.
  3. New War Policy. SHEER FORCE. This war policy gives you 20% more casualties on ground battle, sea battles, and air strikes. Also, your opponent drops 10 resistance when you declare war on them. The downside is that when you fortify you only deal 10% more casualties than normal instead of the full 25%
  4.  New War Policy. GUERILLA. The war policy will allow you to take 20% less casualties on ground battles, sea battles, and airstrikes. Also, your resistance increases by 10 when someone declares war on you. The downside is that you deal 10% less infrastructure damage.
  5. New War Action. Siege. Soldiers and Tanks take part. A lot like ground battle however, this deals more casualties, infrastructure damage, and an extra 3 resistance is taken away. Costs 5 MAPs
  6. New War Action. EMP Launch. Uses an EMP. It shuts off 1 power plant. Meaning that the city might drop to unpowered. Costs 6 MAPs
  7. New War Action. Brown Water Attack. Uses Submarines and Naval Craft. Like naval battle but it takes loot instead of dealing infrastructure damage.
  8. New War Action. Strategic Bombing. Uses Aircraft. Deals 50 infrastructure damage to one specific city.  Costs 6 MAPs

With all due respect, most of these suggestions do not resamble anything close to balance.
I encourage activity on this forum, but i suggest you first get to expierience a global war, and hopefully delve into some govt work in an alliance, so youi get a better grasp on what suggestions are good, and which ones are unfeasible / broken / terrible.

You currently aren't even in an alliance, which would be a very good first step for you to be able to make good suggestions.

To give some concrete critique:

"Add submarines" is vague and not detailed enough (it should deserve it's own post alltogheter).
EMP missles is a good idea imho but needs a lot more refinement. (and once again, it's own post.)
Your war policies are horidly over powered.
Strategic bombing is underpowered...

So please join an alliance, play in a global, start to grasp the current mechanics, and then come back.
Without being in an alliance you do not understand how the game works for 99% of active players.

@BelgiumFuryNo need to encourage elitisme, all what that does is kill creatisme and push people from the game.  Please don't start with you need set number of days played, or require people to become gov members before they can start speaking out about the game. 

Just take it as some brainstorming and ignore any hard numbers, any set numbers should hopefully be found throught testing, followed by ingame adjustments before they fully decided on. And should still be open for readjustment years down the line. @ByzantineI rather like the EMP Idea, i don't believe i have read similar suggestion before.

Technically, if you're in Rose you don't understand how the game works for the 99% of active players who aren't in Rose.  This is a compliment to Lucianus, and you BelgiumFury should consider yourself lucky.  

Anyway, you don't own PnW.  It is only up to Alex to decide if ideas are terrible.  Many ideas he thinks are great we all think are terrible, and we all have to live with them.  He might read this thread and go "Aha!  Another terrible idea!" and start coding it tomorrow.  Even as you read this, he is considering making Rewards Ads give you a free MAP, but you have to watch 3 of them while in the attack screen.  He is also thinking of a national project that makes you get 1% extra commerce each time you refer a friend to PnW.   You don't know.  He might be thinking that.

I mean maybe, but i'd argue that knowing the basics of the game, and looking at formulas etc would be pretty handy if you want to propose suggestions, if he did he would not have proposed #8 for example. 
 

In any case though you are right, we do not want to exclude anyone from this forum, but if you propose 10 difrent posts, i think it's fair to ask to be a big more thourough and understanding about how the game works.
