This is probably a transphobic attack given the context that my nation flag shows a trans flag among other pride flags, and because projecting transness as a mental illness is a typical transphobic argument (this is while ignoring the word "freak" tacked on at the end). If nothing else, it is a gross and inappropriate OOC attack.
