Hi my name is zeppelin. I've been part of the P&W for over a year now and proud to represent rose and my beginning at Atlas Technologies.

Anyway,

You've read the title. An example would be the iron dome (badass name btw) and how it would increase the percentage of striking down a muscle by 2% (the reason it's so little is because I can already hear the screaming of "iTs tO OP" but yeah just a little improvement nothing to big ya feel homie? hm why should we be bothered to upgrade if the change is so minimal compared to the original chance of striking down a missile

You have touched on a potential expansion ground for the game.

The ability to upgrade projects, perhaps in tiers. 

Eg. Tier III, Tier II, & Tier I.
