These nations immediately started to transfer cash and resources:

And dumped them into the main nation (note transactions 3 and 8)...

In fact Molanga has been using many many many many nations to siphon cash including but not limited to:

Nation C ($1m transferred) - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=340025
Nation D ($1.65m transferred) - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=341232
Nation E ($550k transferred) - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=343779
Nation F ($400k transferred) - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=342515
Nation G ($3.5m transferred) - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=337382
Nation H ($550k transferred) - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=343636
Nation I ($4m transferred) - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=331953

Nation J - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=342600
Nation K - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=292349
Nation L - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=338939

Nation M - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=343251
Nation N - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=343222

There are over 340 nations that have done these deals. Note that on the dates of these sales there have been normal prices of all resources. Nobody has bought out the market for aluminum (which on the 14th had an offer in at 3,998) so these nations, all City2-3 should never buy aluminum for 11k each.

In conclusion the offending Nation - https://politicsandwar.com/nation/id=263800 has been creating nations to transfer funds, the damage of which is in the Hundreds of millions.

There is an entire sub community in the trade world that focuses on trying to scam people not paying attention on the trade market. I've seen several trade histories like this. And you are right at least with user level tools its hard to separate multies from noobs being scammed. But scamming is whats happening here if you look at the trade screen.

This requires the nation to go to the trade tab and purposefully scroll to the bottom (as trades are sorted by default) to buy the worst deals on the market.

Are you trying to tell me over 340 actual human beings decided to scroll to the worst trades imaginable and say "Yes this is good" and buy them? They put in the effort to say "No 4k each is too much. I want to buy them for 75k each."

On top of that you have nations, on the same network, trading resources to a second account to trade them over to Malanga (as shown in the first image). Are you meaning to tell me people are making multis, trading resources and cash over to their main, then scrolling down to the worst deals and saying "Yeah this works".

I even detailed the fact that these nations bought resources for a decent price and then bought Malaga's resources for insane prices.

This train of thought is insulting at best.

And yet it happens. People reflexively buy the top offer on the list, if they are not paying attention and sort it backwords this happens. I actually talked to alex about this being a thing months ago and that something should probably change to prevent it. Because my initial reaction to seeing these kinds of trades was also 'multies!' Until I dug into deeper and realized what was going.

Hanlon's razor my friend, never attribute to malice that which is adequately explained by stupidity :)

Molang just happens to have one of the fastest bots there is notifying you when someone posts a bad trade. These are almost certainly noob nations who don't know how the trade market works and whose offers Molang snapped up pretty easily. I doubt Sheepy will treat this report particularly seriously but if you're interested, I am more than happy to privately share my evidence towards my statements.

There is also the problem whereby if you change pages on trades for one resource, then change to view another resource, the page position is maintained. This is counter-intuitive, the natural expectation is that it would reset the page position when changing to view a different resource. This has actually tricked me a few times while being unobservant of the paging or numbering of the trades, resulting in buying resources at higher prices than I had to.

I'd love to see this script and see how it operates.

Third Party Evidence Not In Favor: During Knightfall, when I was still a bit of a noob, I accidentally posted a few wrong trade offers that were snapped up inhumanely fast. If I remember correctly, TKR had a trading bot that was used to identify and help them collect capital on disadvantages trade offers. As such, it is within reaon that Molanga has built such a script for themselves, as hidude alluded to. Thus, all of these trades are indeed a scamming of noobs and not multis.

If you want evidence of this bot, it is referred to in the "Fairness In Trading" section of Knightfall's peace talks.

Well if it's not multis then it's a bannable offense because he's got an auto script for trading. Which, just so happens to be against the game rules.

Not a bannable offense because the human is always the one accepting the trade. The bot only notifies them of the trade so that they can get manually accepted, and this has been verified as legal by Sheepy for years and years.
