War-Slot Filling

Just recently members of Arrgh engaged in a counter-offensive against a member of the Winter Android United alliance, the nation in question being Wintercrest. In response to this Wintercrest sought aid from outside parties and shortly after a mercenary counter from II Roman Imperi da Rezia, was declared on one of our members, The Peccable. In response two members of Arrgh, Defland and Iron fist, declared our own counter to this player, however the third slot was filled by a former member of Winter Android United, Kingdom of Vaio, who was removed from his alliance shortly before he declared war on the mercenary hired by Wintercrest, with the reason being "Wintercrest Protection", which would seem odd as the mercenary is actively defending Wintercrest and not attacking him.

So from this it appears that Wintercrest has sent one of his own members to fill a slot on the mercenary he hired in order to protect him from further counters, removing him to remove suspicion of war-slot filling. All necessary nations and alliances have been linked and screenshots will be provided below:

Update: Almost half a day later and still no action from either side (first image). From the Kingdom of Vaio we see recent activity in the form of two new wars being declared that he is actively fighting in (second image). It is also in this second image we see Vaio's return to United Winter Android, bit strange considering his recent removal prior to this post, this return taking place mere hours after Wintercrest learned of this report.

 

Update 2: It has now been over 24hrs and neither side has attacked each other yet, but are still actively engaging in other conflicts.

Thanks for the thorough report! I have determined it was war slot filling, issued a strike against the offending nation, and now peaced out of the war.

Hello @Alex i never got any offense warning from you and just read this because my alliance member notify me. And forgive me if this was a rule violation.
Firstly, let me clarify that i'm new and i don't know that this is an offense, i will never do the same again
Secondly, it was never my intention, it was part of a deal with my ally when i ask them to offshore my bank account. He asked me to fill his defensive slot so that they can secure my alliance cash and balance.

Thirdly, i would like to apologize any Arrgh member. It was part of the game i do things that will save myself and apparently this was a rule violation.

I will accept any decision made regarding this offense. Thanks.

The warning was issued to the nation that actually filled the slot, which is almost always how I've dealt out punishment in the past for this type of offense.
