Add comment order drop-down menu:   Allow comment ordering by Date Posted, Likes, or even Nation Seniority:   Replace report button on our own comments with a delete comment button instead:   Add a subscription button beside bulletins with a subscription counter:   Show subscriptions as a new bulletin category shown first on the World News page (if user has subscriptions), and add a Subscriptions
