Sverige Posted February 19, 2021 Share Posted February 19, 2021 At the moment the option to "Terrorize civilians" is not really on par with the rest of the spying options, and with previous discussions about not having infra to support the improvement slots my suggestion is simple; Instead of having a few infra points shaved off by the "Terrorize civilians" option, make the spies target buildings and not infra. When improvements are not supported by infra, even more improvements would be destroyed, and even more if you have the spy sat, for an example. 5 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
