So here is the in-game reading for the accounts: c36c58375f74be938df3dec9e0bfd46a.png.5e6726ba3e8a646e71374951c12cc4d9.png

Now here's the thing, there are no trades between these nations and there is no bank activity except from the leader of the alliance giving each nation 200 Uranium. However after some research for the Micro-Minute Multi-Monitor I found evidence that it may not be a multi farm and in fact a school:

1.) Only two of them have baseball teams. If this was a true multi farm the person would of created baseball teams on all the nations and grinded out the objectives for the cash. That singular person would have know about the reward cash and simply taken the 2 seconds to make the extra cash.
2.) Some of them have nation descriptions and some don't this is strange because even putting in the letter "b" is enough to earn $50,000. Doesn't make sense not to do it.
3.) The nations aren't maintained with some nations having sporadic infra and powered/unpowered cities. Most multi users would put small amounts of wealth into the multi cities and ship off the funds to a different alliance.
4.) The nations haven't sent anything to each other nor to the alliance bank, in making these accounts you can usually amass $2.5-3m in a day or so. Considering that wealth was not transferred to another "main" shows that these might be a group of players all using the same network, like school.
5.) One of the nations created on the network is not in the alliance. If they made a nation and didn't apply it shows that the "group" doesn't have access to that email/password. Therefore they are different people in the group. Taking the 2 minutes to log in to each account would not be an issue and would make the alliance more money. No multi-ring leaves created accounts in the open when they could be profiting off of them.
6.) Wolfmann is the 3rd in command of the alliance. However he isn't even the highest score of the nation on the network (301ns vs 544ns). This shows that the nations here aren't being fed into a larger one and the actual "main" is doing worse than the other nations. This means that this might be a "club" or some sort at a local school and the 3rd in charge is a club manager or something.

While the report is true that they're multiple nations on the same network the information that I've gathered tells me that these nations are, in fact, multiple people that play the game on the same network.
