When you buy VIP, you are just exchanging a Credit for 60 days of VIP. Multiple purchases of VIP just tack onto that - so if you bought it twice, you would have 120 days of VIP remaining, rather than 60. Unless you are referring to the 10 Credit Subscription, which also comes with VIP. In that case, will you please send me a message in-game (Alex, Mountania) with either your paypal email address or transaction ID, and I can help you sort that out by cancelling and refunding the extra purchase.
