With these new friendships, come new forthcomings, a renewed peace for the galaxy. The Imperium and Terminus Est (referred to as “the signatories”) hereby enter into the following treaty of Mutual Defense: Article I: Peace for the Galaxy The Signatories agree that peace shall forever exist between the two and that neither Sith Lord will attempt to manipulate the other in any way, so long as this treaty is in place. If either signatory receives intelligence about troublesome rebels that affect either signatory, they are required to share it with the other signatory in private. Article II: Show no mercy to these rebels Both signatories agree that rebels should not be permitted to exist, and thus if either signatory is attacked, the other must send their militaries to defend them. However, if either signatory is engaged because of another party’s pesky rebellion, this is considered optional. Signatories are encouraged to share technology and provide financial aid where deemed necessary to benefit each other's cause. Article III: Bow before me If the Jedi begin to overpower either signatory to the point of surrender, the remaining signatory agrees to wish the other a good rebuild, and agree that no hatred exists between them. Article IV: The Fall of The Empire Should a signatory believe it is best they split forces, they must notify the other signatory and allow a 72 hour period for which all articles of this order are in effect. At the conclusion of this period, these documents are considered null and void.
