RoyalLand Goes around and asks for 20 Million for City Building. So Us/error being good people. Removed Him from the alliance. But, He kept on saying he isn't his multi. Ramona Posted September 27, 2020 Share Posted September 27, 2020 Hello, I'm one of the IA guys at Carthago and just to add onto this, they did ask us for a grant for like 3 cities and for infra, etc for those cities (they were at c2 at that time iirc), which is about $10m total, but was declined since our system requires people to raid upto c10 before grants.
