Come on now, UPN doesn't need to disband. And nobody's forcing them to. All they really need to do, in no particular order, is learn how to wage war properly (it's called an offshore, look it up), own up to and apologize for the indefensible actions of their de-facto leader and long-time spokesperson (for once), and fully reinvent their identity so that they're no longer indelibly a completely unfunny joke.

The fact that disbandment would be by far the fastest and most realistic way to achieve these things doesn't mean that TJest is going to go full NPO on them.
