At first glance, this appears to meet the definition of war slot filling. It does not appear to have been a war declared for the purpose of, you know, having a war. 5 Is there a bug? There was a bug where wars could be declared but they wouldnt show up in the War page Not only that, you could redeclare war the very next moment on the same player.
