Alliance Currency

Each alliance will be able to make their own currency and print money similar to the EU with the Euro this would affect the game with inflation and deflation playing a major part in cost of cities, projects etc

Relative values of different currencies? How would that even work. Too much work for a gameplay feature that will excite 5% of players and exasperate 95%
