The Union was willing to discuss the matters of the presence of the Union in the Americas. Durotar had a plan in mind on what would be the best resolution for those territories. The question that is more important is the aftermath and the establishing of security for other areas of the Americas threatened by Britannian anti-communist sentiment. Nevertheless Britannian representatives would be still invited to the Union for discussion of the terms, and would be presented with a  tour, already mentioned before, after the talks have finished.

Britannia is willing to enter these talks in hopes of reaching a resolution with the Union of Durotar. However, it should be noted, that Britannia does not have a anti-communist sentiment and the invasion of Cuba was instead done in hopes to secure peace in the region. Britannia also points out that they'd have not worked with the Soviets if these claims were true. Furthermore, Britannia will attend, and do their best to once again discuss the future of the Americas and insure everything goes smoothly.

A guide would be sent to the location of arrival for the representatives of Britannia. They would show them at the locations of their desire, whether it be their residence in Durotar, attractions or something third. They can call upon a meeting anytime with the Committee of the Union. They are giving the representatives time to enjoy their stay and hold the talks comfortably. In any case at least one member of the committee would be available to hold the talks.

Attending the important discussions with the Union of Durotar and representing Britannia would be C.C. As an expect of Britannia's diplomacy of handling multiple foreing nations in the past she would be given the task of discussing a peaceful end to tensions in the Americas. As the guides prepare the arrival of C.C it wouldn't be too long of a visit, as she preferred to have the job done. Though, hearing that residence would be provided, some time would be spared to enjoy her time in the Union of Durotar.

A member of the committee would await the representative of Britannia, C.C at the meeting location. C.C. would  be escorted to it. On the way towards the region of the city where the most powerful and the richest lived, where people that worked for their living have never been able to go. Police, or better said private security, would previously march around here to ensure the safety of the rich. Now on those streets, where the revolution began are heard melodies of laughter and tunes of guitar playing old songs from Spain, Italy, Ireland and so forth.

Upon the arrival of C.C. , Al'ar has given her a warm greeting and an open embrace into the Union. She would start talking about the opinion of the representative of the travel and stay for now. She'd continue to bring up some small talk and afterwards quickly stop it with - Let's give each other a break, we don't need any prolonged scrabble and act privileged or stuck up. We can easily agree on matters. What is your objective coming to these talks and we can work towards it from there.

C.C would follow along with her guide, she hadn't been to this area of the world since the Great Arabian Rebellion. Touring the area was a nice change of play, and as such she would join in small talk with her guide. When asked what her objective is she made it clear, "My objective here is to discuss the future of the Americas. We know the Union has moved their interests across the ocean to Britannia's doorstep. Rather than spending lives and bullets, I'm here to spend words in order to encourage cooperation between our nations for both our interests peacefully."

Well it isn't a secret that you have been expanding heavily into the Americas. Even though the territories in the Americas are under our protection and recognized as land of the Union internationally, they are basically independent, just that we would assist them in the defense. We only were requested to go there after the aggression of Britannia in Cuba and the expelling of communists or leftists generally. It may seem as we are the aggressors in your eyes, both of us might be in the wrong and in the right at the same time. The forces present in those what you would classify as colonies are armies that escaped from Cuba and surrounding areas in the Americas. What would you propose yourself for this matter, as we can make choices but if the Union left there would be a backslash of the populace which is armed.

"While I agree it's a matter of perception, you don't see Britannia setting up shop anywhere close to the Union. If we are to hope for a peaceful outcome, we need to be both willing to negotiate. Though, it wouldn't hurt to know to know what is on or off the table. We're willing to come to reasonable terms to settle the standoff." C.C made it clear she was very willing to negotiate, she wanted to ensure a peaceful end to this potential conflict.

In the interest and matter of the people and civilians, It's best if you would leave Cuba, which would be under protection of both parties at this meeting, with bases where forces of both parties can be deployed. We would relocate resources and necessities alongside people who would like to live in the Union, as well as transport civilians and others to Cuba from the territories in the Americas , and you could do so if some people would want to live in the Holy Britannian, we would not dictate that matter. With that we would withdraw the internationally recognized "claims of the Union in the Americas" . We can dispatch teams to maintain the establishment of a new leadership, as well as safe transport and stabilization of the area.

C.C took in what the representative said for a moment before thinking it over. "We will allow the southern tip of Cuba to be released from Britannian control and given to the Union. Civilians of Cuba may choose to leave Britannian controlled Cuba to head to the Union, and all others laws and whatnot can be fleshed out later. The core point, us handing over a bit of Cuba over to the Union, and that piece will be the only recognized claim in the Americas."

We could agree to the proposition that we share a hub on Cuba where we could coordinate a defense in case of a foreign invasion of the island. I'll give the call soon to start preparations on the transport of those that want to live in our part of Cuba or on the Mainland. We will give you the information and numbers of transports if you desire so, and we will inform when the total departure is finished. If you see reports of a mass movement of military units we can assure that it is only the units helping in the withdrawal from the Americas or the army withdrawing. The only matter we have is that we would like to have a guarantee for security and freedom of people in the Americas. What would you propose in such instance, we ask you to make a solution at first to see what you are most comfortable with or in your capacity.

"We would need to elaborate more on what the security and freedom of people in the Americas mean. I feel like this could be taken out of context, and as such would need to be properly discussed more. As for troop movement, we can't any military naval craft, aircraft or military units besides infantry to help in the movement. Transports would be allowed, along with troops, but not more than 5,000. This hub, also can't host any foreign armies or equipment."

"The already present forces would assist in evacuations. Two units consisting of Irish and Cuban forces would make the leave. On the other hand on the matters of maintaining security and freedom. We've been requested so by refugee fighters exiled from Cuba, and other international warriors which came to Cuba's aid without written on paper. Their repeal is that the Britannian nation invaded Cuba as an imperial nation and is currently occupying their homeland. That distress could be attributed that other people would share the same sentiment, in the Americas, and we do not want their voices to be silenced"

C.C gave a light chuckle before regaining her composure to readdress the guide, "You couldn't have been requested by exiled Cuban fighters because there were no exiled fighters. Britannia was in full control of the capital within 3 days, before any real army could have been arranged. The surrender of Cuba had all their military personal remain in their positions, no one was put out of a job. We could you use the same excuse that the current points that are begin held by your Union are under foreign occupation. The only difference being our country isn't on the other side of an Ocean."

"It is amusing to think that we are an imperial power. We have liberated a large chunk of Africa from Imperial hands and have been requested by exiles, or invited so to say to give them protection, and that is the extent of our knowledge. We also know that you are in Cuba, but that can be rest assured as now all the exiles as well as anyone that wishes to live in Cuba under Durotar can go to our part or travel directly to Durotar on our behalf. But I think it would be fair on that anyone could travel to our nation, my question is that if there are any restrictions of travel to our nation."

"The extent of your knowledge regarding a seemingly false claim to cross the Ocean into our sphere of influence looks more like a land grab than an attempt to protect those who follow your ideology. Currently as it stands those of Cuban citizenship with no criminal records will have the freedom of movement within the now fractured state of Cuba. Any citizens of Durotar do not have permission of travel on the other hand as our base nations haven't begun diplomatic proceedings. If you are willing to begin them here and now, I am within full power to carry-out anything agreed to here."

"It was expected to hold some negative stance regarding our support for independence groups in the Middle East, whilst you have held some meetings with Israel according to sources. But a diplomatic resolution would be the best for both of seeming as even if there be a conflict, it would be costly in human sweat and blood as it is across large sea ways."
